Here’s what community-focused development means to us:
It is the development of new and existing buildings for use by a specific or wider community, or development aimed toward enhancing a community for individuals.
Many different groups of people can make a community. For example, we work with religious communities in the Northampton area to develop places of worship. A community can also refer to all people within a specific area. For example, we work with local authorities on commercial developments which will provide a service to local people.
However, residential developments can also be community-focused. This could mean making sure our architectural design services consider the surrounding community when planning new builds. Residential builds can also benefit the community by creating social housing.
